Each year, UCHRA conducts a Community Needs Assessment of the Upper Cumberland to develop our Community Action Plan. Feedback from stakeholders of our community is integral in ensuring that we are providing the necessary services to our region and identifying resources to meet the needs of the communities we serve. This assessment will run throughout July and results will be compiled into our Community Action Plan in the Fall.
