TOP® (Teen Outreach Program) is an evidence-based model that provides engaging and empowering experiences that support healthy social and emotional development in teens. Elements of TOP include:

  • Weekly Peer Group Meetings
    • Two (2) hours per week
    • TOP Curriculum
    • Learning through experience
  • Service and Leadership Opportunities
    • One (1) or more hour(s) per week
    • Planning and preparation, action, reflection, and celebration
  • High-Quality Facilitation
    • Caring, responsive, and informed adults
    • Coaching, modeling, scaffolding, and facilitation

Check out these from our recent project which, named in honor of an eight-year-old leukemia survivor, aims to provide care packages for children and adults battling cancer to show them love and support. CHANCE Girls Home residents collected a variety of personal hygiene and care items, snacks, stuffed animals, and more to benefit the cause.
