TOP® (Teen Outreach Program) is an evidence-based model that provides engaging and empowering experiences that support healthy social and emotional development in teens. Elements of TOP include:
- Weekly Peer Group Meetings
- Two (2) hours per week
- TOP Curriculum
- Learning through experience
- Service and Leadership Opportunities
- One (1) or more hour(s) per week
- Planning and preparation, action, reflection, and celebration
- High-Quality Facilitation
- Caring, responsive, and informed adults
- Coaching, modeling, scaffolding, and facilitation

CHANCE Girls Home residents collected a variety of personal hygiene and care items, snacks, stuffed animals, and more to benefit the cause.
