Effective July 1, Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency’s (UCHRA) Public Transportation’s Go Route will be fare-free. “We are thrilled to be able to provide this vital transportation service free of charge,” said Holly Montooth, UCHRA Public Transportation Director.
