The Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency is accepting sealed bids for a heating and air unit at the Van Buren County Head Start facility located at 24038 SR-30 in Spencer, Tenn.

The scope of this project includes:

  • Decommission heat & air units
  • Replace units with 3 (5) ton 14 seer single phase package heat pumps w/15 kw
  • Install duct systems for all units
  • Install all new wiring for units
  • Install 3 T-stats
  • All waste material to be removed from job site

Sealed bids are due by 3:30 p.m. Central Time on Sept. 17, 2026. Bid opening will occur at Van Buren Head Start on Sept. 18, 2026 at 3 p.m.
