The Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency is accepting sealed bids for septic tank removal and replacement at the Van Buren County Head Start facility located at 24038 SR-30 in Spencer, Tenn.
The scope of this project includes:
- Decommission old septic tanks
- Pump out contents and decommission old tanks
- Replace 800 ft of leach field
- Install new septic tank in place of decommissioned tanks
- Remove old mulch from the playground area affected by septic replacement
- Spread new mulch
- All waste material to be removed from job site
Sealed bids are due by 3:30 p.m. Central Time on Aug. 1, 2025, with the bid opening occurring at the Putnam County UCHRA office, located at 580 S. Jefferson Ave., Ste. B; Cookeville, Tenn., on Aug. 4, 2025, at 4 p.m. Central Time.
