We’re proud to recognize Tommy Simcox, UCHRA’s Weatherization Manager, who recently completed training to become a Quality Control Inspector for UCHRA’s upcoming Multi-Family Weatherization Program. He also successfully passed the 401 GAP Multifamily Quality Control Inspector course—what an accomplishment!
The Weatherization assistance program, administered by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA), helps low-income households increase energy efficiency through insulation and other weatherization measures.
Tommy is a key part of this program, and we’re so proud of the dedication, skill, and hard work he brings every day.
