Due to inclement weather and potentially hazardous travel conditions across the Upper Cumberland, the regularly scheduled Policy Council and Executive Committee meetings of both the Upper Cumberland Development District (UCDD) and the Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency (UCHRA) have been rescheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24.
