The Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency will solicit bids from qualified companies for lawn mowing and weed eating services at the CHANCE Residential Center located at 1744 Deberry Rd., Bloomington Springs, TN 38545.

Bids will be accepted until April 04, 2026, at 4 p.m. and will be opened publicly at that time. Mark proposed “Chance Residential Center Lawn Services” and mail or deliver the bid to the Upper Cumberland Development District, 1104 England Dr., Cookeville, TN 38501. UCHRA has the right to reject any and all bids.
