Positively UC was initially established to serve as an internal newsletter for both the Upper Cumberland Development District (UCDD) and the Upper Cumberland Human Resource Agency (UCHRA) in April 2020. Published weekly, Positively UC highlights the accomplishments of our team, both within our agencies and in the communities we serve.
