Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Multiple/DeKalb, Putnam
Job Description: The Upper Cumberland Human Resources Agency is accepting applications for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at CHANCE Residential Center for girls in Bloomington Springs and Indian Mound Group Home for boys in Sparta. Full-time position with benefits, Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-3:00PM, and on call for emergencies. Time will be split between the two facilities. Pay is commensurate with education and experience.
Job Duties: The LPN will be responsible for emergency medical care on campus, tracking, scheduling and documentation of EPSDT medical appointments; follow-up appointments; dental appointments, medication tracking. Duties will be performed onsite at the facilities.
Qualifications: Candidates must be licensed by the State of Tennessee and pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
